Race

A race starter pack costs £115 and includes:

• A booklet introducing you to the world of rallying and outlining the next steps to obtaining your first competition licence
• Links to educational films
• Your competition licence application form
• Links to the National Competition Rules
• An exclusive ‘Racing Driver’ embroidered keyring

Upon receiving your Go Racing pack, you will need to separately book your Novice Driver Training Course (‘ARDS test’) practical advance driving skills session. There are 13 accredited member schools of the British Association of Racing Driver Schools (ARDS). 

An ARDS test usually costs around £290.00. When you have passed you have 12 months to apply to Motorsport UK for your Race Club licence. 

The Starter Pack fee includes the cost of your first year’s Motorsport UK racing licence. 

Rally

A rally starter pack costs £115 and includes:

• A booklet introducing you to the world of rallying and outlining the next steps to obtaining your first competition licence
• Links to educational films
• Your competition licence application form
• Links to the National Competition Rules
• An exclusive ‘Rally Driver’ embroidered keyring

Upon receiving your Go Rallying pack, you will need to separately book your Novice Driver Training Course (‘BARS test’) practical advance driving skills session. There are 10 accredited member schools of the British Association of Rally Driver Schools (BARS). 

A BARS test usually costs around £250.00, but once you have completed the assessment it is valid for the length of your motorsport career.

After passing your test you have 12 months to apply to Motorsport UK for your RS Inter Club Stage Rally licence. 

The Starter Pack fee includes the cost of your first year’s Motorsport UK racing licence.
